BRRSA Project.
This is a 3 bedroom semi detached house, located in Whitehaven, which we purchased with the strategy to add to the companies portfolio. Previously there was a down stairs toilet with a small separate kitchen and dining room.

We removed the internal walls to provide a beautiful spacious open plan kitchen/dining room. The small bathroom upstairs was extended to allow us to install a luxury jacuzzi bath.
We utilised a cupboard in the large double bedroom by adding an ensuite shower.
​
We then furnished the property throughout to provide an ultra modern living space with comfort in mind, for serviced accommodation.

BRS Project.
This was a 2 Bedroom end terrace property in desperate need of repair.
The strategy for this project was to BRS to assist with cash flow for the business to invest in further properties.
We transformed this property with high end finishes to make it extremely attractive, complete with a low maintenance, modern garden.
As you can see on the before pictures below the garden was overgrown and didn’t have any off-road parking.
We made this a beautiful home that was purchased by the first viewer!

BRRR Project.
This project was a 2 bedroom end terrace that was suffering from a major damp issue, putting a lot of buyers off the property.
We could see the potential with the property once we had rectified the damp issue. We decided this would be an ideal BRRR property to add to our portfolio.
The house was taken back to brick and a damp proofing membrane was installed and we then renovated the property to a high modern standard.
